Richmond Home & Garden Tour - Installation and partial design for 4 houses on the Richmond Home & Garden Tour.

Atlantic at Twin Hickory Retirement Center Henrico, VA - Installed over 5000 feet of drainage and all plant material.

Super Walmart Center Portsmouth, VA - All grading and plant installation.

Old Buckingham Apartments Midlothian, VA - Total demolition and installation of all drains, plants, grading, sod and irrigation after a fire destroyed 2 buildings.

Lieutenant's Run Apartments Petersburg, VA - Installed 8000 feet of underground drainage.

Overbrook Apartments / Watermill Apartments Henrico/Chesterfield - Installed 5000 feet of drain pipe as well as re-grading and topsoil installation.

Plantation Subdivision Williamsburg, VA - Installation of an 1100 ft wall through a common area located within the subdivision.

Watermill Subdivision Chesterfield County - All grading for the entrances and common areas within the subdivision for a national builder with a local office.

Richmond Parade of Homes Hartley Village & Providence Ridge - Foundation preparation, rough & fine grading, design and installation of all plants for 2 model homes in these neighborhoods.

Hurricane Isabel Cleanup - Performed all storm removal for 6 subdivisions of a national builder after Hurricane Isabel came through.

Richmond Builders/Subdivisions - We are currently working with 6 of the top 10 builders in the Richmond area in 9 different subdivisions. Included in this work is foundation preparation, rough grading, fine grading, drainage installation, erosion control, plant material, sod and silt fencing. This work was performed on new home construction for these builders and/or the land development division.
