I am the founder and CEO of P&S Contractors Inc, a family-owned and operated business established in 1977. With nearly a half century of experience in the flooring and painting industry, I have built P&S Contractors into a trusted name for quality, reliability, and service. My hands-on leadership and commitment to excellence have set the foundation for a business that continues to thrive and serve its community.

Jane Narus- Piera

As Vice President at P&S Contractors Inc, I oversee all accounting, finance, and administrative operations. I’ve been with the company for over 20 years, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. My role allows me to support the company’s financial health and growth while maintaining the high standards that have been a hallmark of P&S Contractors since it was founded.

As Steve's wife and Christine's mom, I'm proud to be part of a business that's been family owned and operated for almost 50 years. I look forward to Christine and Kevin continuing that legacy as they take over the business.

Christine Piera

As Northeast Director at P&S Contractors Inc, I’m proud to lead the family business my father started in 1977. Backed by a Fortune 500 background in logistics, manufacturing, and strategic planning, I focus on growing our customer base and delivering high quality projects on time and within budget.

As I prepare to take the reins from my parents, I’m dedicated to continuing our legacy of excellence and ensuring P&S Contractors thrives for many years to come.

Kevin Conaci

As Operations Manager at P&S Contractors Inc, I use my background in tech and teaching to keep things running smoothly on the job site. I focus on streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and making sure our team has everything they need to get the job done right.

As I prepare to take over the family business alongside my girlfriend Christine, we’re committed to upholding the same high standards her father set when he founded P&S Contractors in 1977. Together, we’re committed to preserving the company’s reputation for excellence while driving it forward into an exciting future.
