  • Central Connecticut, with the rest of Connecticut at P&S Contractors Inc.’s discretion

• Business Projects Standard Service Area:

  • Connecticut, and all of New England at P&S Contractors Inc.’s discretion

​Referrals must be submitted according to the referral submission instructions before the referred customer’s first quote. P&S Contractors Inc. reserves the right to accept referrals submitted after this point at its sole discretion

No payout for referring yourself, your own household, or your own business

Employees of P&S Contractors Inc. and their immediate families are not eligible for referral payouts

Anyone linked to an account that is not in good standing with P&S Contractors Inc. or our partners is ineligible. Good standing is determined at the sole discretion of P&S Contractors Inc.

Referrals that result in canceled, unpaid, or unpursued projects are not eligible

• Please note that not all referred projects will move forward, as each project must be a good fit for both P&S Contractors Inc. and the referred customer​

Payouts do not apply to warranty work, repair only work, or projects below 250 sq ft

Only projects with a minimum contract value of $2,000+  qualify for referral rewards​

P&S Contractors Inc. reserves the right to confirm project details with the referred party

P&S Contractors Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice

Any disputes related to the referral program will be resolved at the sole discretion of P&S Contractors Inc.

​P&S Contractors Inc. is not responsible for lost or misdirected referrals​

Referrers are responsible for reporting referral rewards to the IRS or applicable tax authorities

​Referral rewards may not be combined with other promotional offers unless approved by P&S Contractors

Referral rewards are non-transferable

Referral payouts are calculated based on the size of the project upon completion and full payment

•  P&S Contractors Inc. reserves the right to determine and finalize the project size based on on-site measurements

Limit only one referrer per new customer 

• Example: 2+ people cannot receive referral payouts for referring the same person or business

Payouts will be made after the project has been completed and paid in full by the referred customer

Rewards are void if the referred project is canceled before completion for any reason

Payments will be issued by check within 60 days of P&S Contractors Inc. receiving full payment from the referred customer, as determined at our discretion

​Referrals found to be fraudulent, fabricated, or unethical will void eligibility for payout

P&S Contractors Inc. reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected

Participation in the referral program indicates acceptance of these terms
